Schweikart gave a good presentation and devoted most of the time to answering questions from the audience. He mostly talked about his new book on the 2016 election, and he gave President Trump a rave review of his first four months in office.

As to the "tweets" for which Trump has gotten so much criticism, Schweikart suggested that they might be intended to lead the media astray--like hunks of cheese dropped into a maze to lure mice--while the administration quietly carries out Trump's agenda, such as beefing up the border.

It was very nice. Also nice to meet LS in person, and he got in a public plug for FR. Which, if anyone did go look for it, was down at the time, but... ;)
