Honestly, I’m not blowing you or any other Freepers who’ve asked for jobs/contacts off. The fact is, my connection is very specific, and at such a high level, even if I got an “I’ll see what I can do,” I don’t think the followup would be sufficient to achieve the goals.

I know, brother. You have a great connection to the Trump administration, but I'm not certain that would be a great career move on several levels. One, I'd need to move to The Swamp. And two, after that administration job, any liberal hiring manager I encountered, I'd be an automatic no.... why kill 50% of my prospects before I even interview?

Nossir, I'm looking for two things: A regular old job, and the grace and mercy of my loving God to allow me to keep my apartment/utilities until that comes to fruition.
