Good description - the guy seemed perpetually angry, at a boil over something all the time. Sucked any potential fun right out of the show - made it unwatchable for me.

The few times I watched the show, I thought that he was sour because he was demanding as to what he wanted of his employees and was anticipating disappointment. Obviously, more was going on with him.
