Have you tried Arnica tablets? They are tiny and dissolve in the mouth. Arnica is great for reducing swelling. I get them from vitacost.com quite cheaply. Arnica tabs and gel are amazing.
I didn’t know you could take arnica orally. I’m too cheap to pay for pain relieving lotion/gel but as I age that may change! Husband is in construction and I’m in food service-tired and sore bodies!
