several thoughts on this.....why in the world would anyone be charged 300 dollars to simply transport your belongings in a bag...next, I am getting so tired of these folks pulling out their phones and start playing Cub Reporter for virtually no reason...these phones are dangerous and have no doubt gotten people injured or killed....and last United has to get this crap right, or get out of the business. This crap is maddening.
I took a United flight a few weeks ago. Never Again, the staff barked orders at us and generally treated us like cattle
United has sucked for decades. I doubt the latest publicity will make a difference. The secret is out and has been for a long time.
Why is this stuff constantly being reported?
It’s getting ridiculous.
Airlines, and other companies, treat the public poorly all of the time.
