Yes. Trump's tweets have almost always presaged the emergence of information regarding the democrat corruption and dishonesty. This is why they hate his tweets so much. Eventually he ends up being vindicated.

I take it more as he has information. Wants it brought to light. I take it the exact same way. I think that he wants it under oath because it will either: a) result in a truthful statement about someone breaking the law; or b) result in (yet) another lie from Rice...which would be grounds for a perjury prosecution. That, in turn, could be used to go for bigger fish (Loretta Lynch and Obama, among others). No, he's not afraid of anything - he knows that the weight of the evidence is against the Leftist usurpers trying to undermine our government, and he's simply trying to move the process of eliminating them and their influence along a bit faster.
