Her hands still expose her Parkinson’s disease. How long can she go before it’s full blown? She had a good long rest and probably medical care so she’s covering it up somewhat better, but her hands betray her. Watch them: always resting spread out on her coat or pants, and if pointing she points with her index finger while clutching the other fingers in a fist. If she lets her hands go they will shake and betray her.

Uh, "Delirium tremens (DTs), delirium seen in severe cases of alcohol withdrawal complicated by exhaustion, lack of food, and dehydration, usually preceded by physical deterioration due to vomiting and restlessness. The whole body trembles, sometimes with seizures, disorientation, and hallucinations".
