Democrats I knew who ‘switched’ to Trump did it after the ‘deplorable’ comment that was on top of screwing over Bernie.
The MSM covered for wikeleaks stuff etc. - mentioning those hits primarily to deny them. Same with the classified stuff - the press treated it like it was ‘no big deal’.
But they couldn’t do that with the deplorable comment... and it spread like wildfire. The press was unable to pretend it was “too complicated” for mere citizens to understand. That’s why the witch lost... she talked to the gay group she was addressing as if the rest of us would not hear what she was saying about us.
