That is approximately 13 miles per hour average!

I can barely do that on my bike. That means if there are hill climbs (slower), they’d have to run faster on flats and down hill.

That is fast!

I can see why there is a limit — the human anatomy limits speed.

Yes, sprinters can run that fast and faster. But sustained? — no.

I'm not sure I could crack two hours for a marathon if I did it in free fall.

I ran the Golden Mountain Marathon in Taiwan in 1979. My time was 3:57:00.

Like many experiences in life, this is one to do once.
