I believe that is the point. Stone Age people could not have done most of this stuff. So what is the alternative? Non humans?

You can’t rule out ancient humans having these kinds of capabilities, I just don’t see the reason they would go through all the effort. Some of them would be very difficult even today. Then again, you have a civilization so advanced it can move between the stars, coming here to stack blocks of stone and then leaving. Makes even less sense. There is a third possibility—an ancient civilization dating very far back and reaching a higher level of sophistication than we have yet discovered. Nearly all signs of them could have been wiped out by time.

Paleolithic people made amazing cave paintings in France and Spain and figured out how to get from Asia to Australia and to the Americas. I don't see any reason to think that the average IQ in the Paleolithic period was any lower than the average IQ now.

We descendants of Paleolithic Europeans should say, "Don't let Progressives defame our ancestors! They are just victims of PPSD [Post-Paleolithic Stress Disorder] anyway."
