The item I recall was women’s casual pants. And maybe sweatshirts. Nothing relating to water resistence. It might have been Blair.

Thanks. Sounds like the fabric might have been made using melted plastic forming the polyester blend in making the sweat shirts. Once worked in an office for a textile company, the reason for the question. :-)
