Everything he did was considered a “Non Violent” crime. Hell the State Prison System might not even take him because of it and leave it to the County Jail for Early release due to overcrowding.

Most criminals are so damn stupid..... they keep the gun they committed the murder with, they keep the shoes they wore when they committed the murder, they take a garabage bag from the home to wrap the body in, etc.
