I have no problem following the evidence. The evidence so far is that two rival gangs were actively involved in a violent dispute the erupted when they came together at Twin Peaks resulting in several deaths. Even the bikers at the event support this.

Like you, I have no use for “bikers!” At least the kind that are involved in all sorts of criminal activity. That said, until they do something in violation of the law, they have to be viewed just like any other citizen with all the associated rights.
What has happened in Whacko, is a travesty! The whole legal “system” there is corrupt, and now, after multiple violations of the rights of those they illegally arrested in the first place, they are doing two things: 1) trying to run out the clock and 2) adding to their criminal behavior by trying to corrupt the “legal process” at least insofar as any real legal process exists there. Then you have jerks here like Texas Gator who think that because of the nature of those currently being tried, that they don't deserve the same rights as "good people." In a word, for him, "these people deserve killing" because he doesn't like what they stand for. As for Richardson, he was evidently shot ( most likely by Whacko PD) while he was trying to help someone else who had been wounded. And to make matters worse, the cops tried consciously to delay his receiving medical attention, which is a crime in and of itself. What bothers me is that the upper levels of the Texas Justice "System" seem to be content to allow all of this continuing denial of basic Constitutional Rights to go unchallenged. Ditto for the Federal Government, although I believe that several of the bikers lawyers are now in Federal Court looking to bring civil rights charges down on Whacko and McLennan County.
