Neither are my hero’s.
He was given a mandate. It’s painfully obvious that Congress, on both sides, has absolutely no intention of helping him in any way. Of course, now that he is there, he’s realizing that the government is so unbelievably screwed up that it is beyond repair. And having guys like Tillerson on his team is awesome, because they get things done. They don’t have meetings to schedule another meeting to form a panel that makes the decisions. Guys like him make decisions. That’s what Trump was sent there to do. Make decisions.
He owns the media. He’s proven it, time and time again. He can move this any way he wants. I hope and pray that come September, things change and that he and his administration are ready to brawl, because that is what it’s going to be.
As for his 100 days, etc...all he’s done is get rid of the EOs that obama put in place to change the EOs that were put in place by Bush’s and Clinton. He’s allowing himself to be played by Ryan and the UniParty, for now. Come September, he’ll submit a budget. Congress will submit a budget. And then everyone gets in the right to slug it out. Of course, the fight would be over in no time, if people like Ryan, et al, truly supported him. But they don’t. And that is why he has to continue to stand tall against these subersives.
Your analysis is about 85% correct. That’s good. Are you ready to jump in and attack and kick ass? I sure am.
