If the adjacent businesses have the same opinion, i am sure crime will certainly spike in that area and the matter will eventually rectify itself...
If I were a cop, even after the manager apologized, I’d be afraid to eat there. Afraid the savages would spit in, or otherwise adulterate my food. It could actually be dangerous, if they put something really toxic in it.
