Sure, lots of relgious groups are skeptical of vaccines. Another problem with afgpak, is simple extortion. Bandits have to get theirs first.
I understand, but don’t necessarily agree with vaccine skepticism (being past the age of most vaccines’ reach). I wonder at what stage of the game the mullahs get their cut from the bandits. There has to a relationship.
