I’m not a anti-vaccine in any shape or form...
That being said, since the late 80’s there has been serious issues with vaccines and the number our children are given.
The USA is the most heavily vaccinated country in the world and has the highly number of vaccine related injuries.

Two doctors and a woman have been indicted by a grand jury over the alleged brutal genital mutilation of two seven-year-old girls from Minnesota.
Detroit-based doctors Jumana Nagarwala and Fakhruddin Attar, as well as Attar's wife Farida, have been charged with female genital mutilation and conspiracy. The two doctors are also charged with making false statements to investigators.

And yet it is being performed....just recently in the US...apparently without American parents' knowledge or consent. A Somali doctor performed the mutilation on American children brought into the hospital's emergency room for other emergency care.
