My guess as to the plane/flight...FedEx flight #386 Memphis to Albuquerque...about the right time/direction and # of engines (3)(DC-10 cargo). FedEx still has a lot of DC-10’s and MD-11’s.
The one aircraft turn near there was over Natchez, MS...the “turns” in the photo are the upper level winds blowing the contrail around.
