WASHINGTON — Former President Barack Obama will return to Chicago, the Sun-Times has learned, to deliver a speech Wednesday night to the Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago, where he will reflect on his two terms and his Obama Presidential Center.
This comes days after Obama’s visit last Monday to his adopted hometown.
According to an invitation obtained by the Chicago Sun-Times, Obama plans to “share his thoughts and vision for the Obama Presidential Center as well as some reflections on his administration.”
The dinner will take place at The Chicago Club, 81 E. Van Buren.

Off topic but Obama is a relatively young former president. And Democrat ex presidents tend to never quite go away. We may be hearing him pontificate for decades to come.
If he wants to run for president, the media, the Democrats and the GOPe will find a way to make it legal. But, I’m sure al baby was just kidding.
The man belongs in Gitmo for treason and theft on a never before seen scale.
Really disgusting that he, Susan Rice, Hillary etc etc are free...and apparently have no reason to worry.

Yep we might think the 22nd amendment would preclude Obama from running for president again.
But, if we parse the language, the amendment reads that a person can only be “elected” twice.
Supposed we had a vice-presidential vacancy, and Obama were nominated to be vice-president under the 25th amendment. Then the president resigns or dies in office. Would VP Obama then freely move up to become president again? Could something like that ever happen???
Didn’t he reflect on his Residency a week before he left for good?
If it ever does, I would assume at that point that he is El Presidente for Life.
There he has a good chance to stop a bullet for a young African-American boy or girl who might otherwise be in the crossfire. After all, we’re talking about Chicago.
