These politicians should have the clear consequences of their decisions that happen to their citizens .... carried out against the politicians and all of their protected families too.
Why do the country’s elites close their eyes to what is happening here?
The short answer is political correctness. Since it violates political correctness to say anything about Muslim terror, the elites stay silent. Or if they address it at all, they are like Obama and Hillary and the liberals in this country, who refuse to call it Islamic terror. They engage in sophistry and talk of how not all Muslims are terrorists, yadda yadda yadda. And that it’s bigoted to be wary of Muslims etc. So as a result, nothing is done because of the need to keep their liberal thoughts pure.
The National Socialists are taking over and people are OK about it. What a sad statement.

Political correctness will never grasp why it is wrong, even as its adherents are made to bare their necks for the scimitar.
I would never have thought about asking this question to my parents.
Islamists are very good at using the laws of free countries against them to pursue their goal of invasion and conquering through out breeding the host country. The Mexicans have been doing the same thing in America for 80 years and are now tipping the scales of balance. That how fast it can happen. Just in the space of one lifetime an entire nation can be brought down this way unless drastic and deliberate measures are taken and for God’s sake; don’t let someone be a citizen who doesn’t have at least one parent who is no matter where the baby is born. That loophole is a nation killer.
Similarly, the current governing figures of the EU and many of the more important political figures in the United States as well, are laboring under the same conviction, that the mechanisms they have chosen to pursue their ideal new society will result in something they will be able to control. That demographic change is inevitable and therefore forced demographic change should be used as a transformative tool. This is folly based on gross overconfidence in their mastery of historical inevitability, just as it was in the 1930's.
It is already out of control in such bellwethers as Sweden. It is close to that elsewhere in Europe, and the fissiparous tendencies in the UK and France and the reaction that is Trump in the United States should be dire warnings to the powers that be. They're not listening, as they didn't before.
