That guy was the one being confrontational.
If he wasn’t arrested or removed from the flight, he was lucky and treated much better than he deserved to be.
You can hear at 0:30 sec on the Youtube clip the passenger says he’s not gonna set around and let her be treated badly. The attendant seemed ready to pounce and backed down when he received no support from the guy with bars on his shoulders right behind him. Who then turned and walked away shaking his head. The female doing her best to pretend everything is ok.
I think the passenger was the only one giving a damn.
