“...I APPLAUD this guy for defending this woman.
Apparently, he witnessed what happened and was going to make a formal complaint....”

I highly doubt that he “witnessed” what happened. Before he boarded, the overwrought woman likely already (American Airlines offers “pre-boarding” for passengers with infants) had entered the aircraft cabin without checking her stroller as required and was in the rear of the aircraft. The gate agent (who has now been suspended - see linked article) was apparently directed to go to the rear and retrieve the stroller to check it in properly. The woman, crying hysterically, apparently followed him to the front of the aircraft (where your gallant, heroic interceder was seated) and continued requesting her stroller back at the boarding door. That is where this video commenced.

Momma always told me that “assumption is the mother of all f**k-ups” and in that is some wisdom. Perhaps your momma never told you that because you sure are assuming a lot.
Too bad you didn't take your momma's advice. Your post is full of assumptions. You don't know what he did or did not witness -YOU weren't there. You don't know whether or not he was on the plane when she got on - YOU weren't there.
Why the defense of this faggy-looking puffball?
It’s “likely” you are queer.
