Mother struggling with two babies, stroller, and possibly carry-on luggage. Flight attendant bumps her while taking strolling from her. Am I correct, the stroller should have been in stowed luggage? Man, who didn’t do anything to help the mother when she needed help, then comes to her rescue. People complain about small seats and narrow aisles, but not willing to pay for first class.

Situation normal. All fouled up.

You're somewhat correct...this short video is showing only part of the events. Prior to the time of this video, reportedly the woman with the two (apparently twin) babies entered the aircraft passenger cabin with her carry on material AND HER STROLLER after refusing to leave it at the end of the ramp as required. Although the other reports I've seen don't describe the stroller, I suspect it's for two babies so is likely larger than typical.

She went to the rear of the plane and was attempting to put the stroller in the overhead bins — which was almost certainly “mission impossible”. Apparently the involved airline employee (a “gate agent”?) was directed to go and remove the stroller to the proper stroller check-in location. It would be nice if someone had a video of that because the woman apparently physically attempted to prevent the stroller's removal. She then followed the gate agent back to the front of the plane and confinued to ask for her stroller back.

LESSON LEARNED: if you want to fly international first class free, disobey airline safety rules and then cry hysterically continuously,
