I'm giving a talk in early June to a group on the topic of the Knights of Columbus, Who are they? What are they? What have they done for our community in the past; what can they do for our community in the future? What are public perceptions of the Knights of Columbus? I'll also cover some very interesting history of the local Council which has been around for nearly 120 years.
I suspect there are members of the Knights of Columbus who don't really know the answers to these questions.
I'm interested in what non-members of the public think, so, I'm basically conducting a survey of what freepers think of "who the Knights of Columbus are" and "what exactly they do"
Your comments are greatly appreciated.
I Agree with you.

Just another Catholic Masonic lodge (a form of Islam)

It’s a Catholic fraternity for middle aged men. Gives them an excuse to get together and booze it up.
That’s what I remember from when I was a kid. KoC was an enemy of the KKK.
By the way, how did the talk go?

It went extremely well. I even used a couple of the replies from this forum. It was postponed from the earlier date until just last Thursday. My daughter made a video which was uploaded to YouTube.
Here’s a link if you’re interested.
