I don’t know about diversity training in offices - I left corporate life in the mid 90s. Sex “harassment” was never a problem for me on a major scale and I had a boss who always tried to kiss me, lol. But I liked him and keep in touch with him to this day. He was harmless; many men are harmless. Women don’t realize the power they have over men.

In theater, we always shared the same dressing rooms with men and very rarely did anything bad happen. I can only imagine the snowflakes coming out of college today and going into “show business”!

I acted in Off Off B’Way productions in the late 60s, including at Judson Church and St Mark’s Place (as well as in Regional theatres and the touring production of America Hurrah) and don’t remember men ever using our dressing rooms. But then, most of the men in these casts weren’t interested in women anyway.
