Bullcrap! After viewing the video, it's CLEAR that the one perp was punching and kicking the victim in the head AFTER he was definitely unconscious. Attempted murder should be included among the charges.

Hopefully, the detectives will be circulating the picture of the perp with a cast on his hand to medical facilities. He will be remembered and there will be a record of him.
