I suspect they move Martha into 9 PM and find something new for the 7 PM slot.

Martha has said she doesn't want to move.

I'd guess Dana TheRino or Laura Ingraham. The 'experts' would decide there is too much testosterone in the evening lineup...and that it's too conservative so leaning towards the hobbit getting the slot.
