Czechs always have to be different. I should have known.

Quick research:

Cz-52 is not a Tok (TT-33) but shoots 7.62x25mm Tokarev ammo. Replaced by Cz-83 which shoots 9x18mm Makarov ammo.

Replaced by the CZ82. CZ83 is the 380 version.
