free housing, food stamps, medical, and money...
rule number one was no fathers in home, which was called man in the house rule.
10 years after that 1975 the party of slavery invented child support, which was first designated to collect back the welfare money from fathers.
10 years after that 1985 came the Bradley amendment 666, (U.S.C 42, sec 666), which is in my opinion evil !
