Really? Is this something you read about, say, maybe something to do with cannibals? Personal experience you found out about after you ate it maybe? I think I ate dog once that way. Still not sure. It was over in one of the Asian countries of course.
If true it would surprise me. Isn't our muscle tissue red like beef and deer? I would think it would lean more to tasting like one of those.
