Personally, if it was up to me, I’d throw every drug dealer feet first into a wood chipper then expel every drug addict out of the country permanently.your grasp of the solution is as poor as your grasp of the problem. If the supply is cut off, the problem will be mostly resolved before the next generation comes of age. If the supply isn't cut off, the problem will worsen. It's really that simple.
