Thank you. I'd hate to think we'd have to turn to pitchfork and torch mobbery in this day and age (although frontier justice may have to make a comeback), but I certainly think a civilian watch network would be in order, and a well-armed citizenry would make a pile of pink parfait out of this cretin, should he point a gun at anyone in our neighborhoods. Shooting an animal from behind to save an innocent life isn't an act of cowardice, manslaughter, or murder. I consider it a civic duty. Call it an 'urban renewal project', if you will.
