That was a comeback for the ages. Getzlaf is a beast. Fowler is a Niedermayer in the making.

It just shows how fortunes will eventually balance out after enough decades have elapsed.

The Oilers were also on the wrong end of the Miracle on Manchester.
But in between, they got 5 cups.

Two more comeback wins today by the Sens and Caps.

2017: Best playoff season ever. In any sports.

They look solid through and through.

Could be their year.

I’ve been sick all day. Woke up with the runs and then chills.

And now my stomach is in knots from pre-game nervousness.

What a Monday this has been. I hope it ends on a pleasant note!

I like that line, two defensively responsible guys plus skill. It should work, I hope.

On the other, I loath Sheary-Crosby-Hornquist. Uggggly. Guentzal-Malkin-Kessel is bad too. Rust up there now.

Agreed. Pens need to show even more fight. Hats off to Guentzel and Malkin for showing some, and to Crosby and Hornqvist for enduring some pain.

I think Milbury was right: Caps showed the desperate, aggressive attitude in the third period Saturday night and the first period tonight. The Pens need to match and hopefully exceed that.

They have to have something to fight with. Sheary-Hornquist are wingers Crosby can’t work with, never has.

Malkin has had shifts with all the best wingers (Guentzal. Kessel, Rust) however Guentzal, Kessel types don’t suit him or them.

I like HBK but they haven’t been together for months. I hope he sticks with this one and let’s them develop some chemistry.

You’re right. This has been inefficient. The Pens look like their 2016 opponents.
