But that is what the faculty will be teaching.
Rule 1: if you want to get someone who will work hard for you, hire someone who graduated from night school and worked full time while doing it.
If you want to pay someone for doing nothing and then have them sue you when you tell them to get to work, hire an Ivy League graduate.
I like your rules. My experience is that one of those people is trainable one is not.
