I think this is a fair observation.
Yet, his policies are still not fully at the prior Uniparty level, e.g. TPP and NAFTA.
I think most people knew this would be the case.
And, to me, the great things, the WINNING is in climate change policy, energy policy and the like which he is coming through on.
True; in the comments to the ZeroHedge article someone made a good list of things that would have been different from Bush. Point well taken on the environmental regs.
