LOL -I hear that all the time from my Boston friends about Boston hospitals. MGH stands for Man’s Greatest Hospital.
BTW, just this afternoon one of them sent me a ranking of 100 best U.S. hospitals. Horrors, MGH was ranked #3.

Just a bit of info regarding what I've said about *Boston* (as opposed to any single hospital)...more research money,public and private (private=the American Cancer Society,for example) flows into Boston than into any other city in the world.More than New York...LA...London,etc.That's an indication of just how much "talent" you'll find in the city.
I know,I've seen the figures...figures which very few get to see.
I don't know much about much...but I know quite a bit about the world of medicine.
