We tend to think that every perceived wrong must be litigated to be made right, but the tenth amendment specifically includes "the people" in it's list of those with standing.

If you knew, you'd probably use "patriots" instead of "Birchers"

To answer your comment ... yes, we are.

First ones I ever associated the phrase and signs that say;

USA OUT OF THE UN NOW.

It was back in 1983 or so.

Some guy gave me a copy of "None Dare Call It Treason" which I learned later was akin to the Gideons passing out KJV of the Bible ... it was their (JBS) trademark advertising.
