It used to be called a mental illness. I believe that it is a moral deficit of the mind and soul. People like him should be prayed for and pitied, but they should also be told the truth and be given help that addresses the moral deficit. We do them no favors by allowing them to claim their problem as right. What they do to their bodies goes against human nature.

Transgenderism as a mental disorder is a position the best science has not abandoned yet. I wrote the below letter when Oregon went off the deep end as usual. One Oregon paper published it and the only response I got was that I had no standing to comment, because I had worked for a Christian college and I was violating the Constitutional principle of separation of church and state. I am reading a book by an M.D. which identifies Liberalism as a mental disease. The policy thrusts a few into intimate political theater where they portray a feeble caricature of a woman, but without evidence of benefit to their psychological condition. Considering John Hopkins’ experience with reassignment surgery, shouldn’t this radical transformation of society await careful review?

To be straight up honest; I don’t care what any of the LBGTxyz people do with themselves, I just don’t want to see it on every freaking TV show whether it’s a kid friendly family show or a dark adult show. It’s pedophilia to push it on the children and it’s just rude to push it on adults who want nothing to do with their perverted lifestyle.
They can pack sand or hot peanut butter, it makes no difference to me, as long as it is in private for their eyes, ears, and other senses only.

This steroid use for performance enhancing has very serious side effects. There is another use that concerns me too. Men are taking testosterone to replace the diminished testosterone due to the natural effects of ageing. In ether case, if the steroids levels are not maintained, that feeling of male function from heightened testosterone levels becomes a psychological low equivalent to being rendered a eunuch. Jenner confused that low to thinking he had an inner female self. Depression does things to people. It is as much a depression caused by substance abuse. If, like you say, steroids affect the production of natural testosterone, that is a very serious side effect. This may account for why athletes may become physically abusive to their mates. When they stop taking the steroids to hide their use from the tests, they are depressed, irritated and don’t like feeling like a eunuch. Their natural testosterone levels have been compromised as well as the lows from not taking the steroids. They become really depressed and want to strike out an be a man with everyone around them. In Jenner’s case, the alternative approach was taken: He wanted to strike out as a man and be a woman. To get that fame and glory in sports, they pay a hell of a price.
