It’s perfectly disgusting because it tastes like cooked banana ... (I understand that some misguided souls like that flavor).
I prefer pumpkin bread: it’s “healthy” for the same reason banana bread is “healthy”, and it tastes like whatever spices I put in it.
And more importantly, the puffed-up petty tyrants in the school system need to be put in their place. They’re servants, not masters.
I’ve never made pumpkin bread although I make pumpkin pie. Of course, these petty tyrants need to be dragged out in tumbrils. It’ll happen one day...
I like banana bread, and feel EXACTLY the way you feel towards BB as I feel towards EVERYTHING pumpkin.
