If he did, why is gassing worthy of our intervention but not bombing, shooting, starving, beheading etc.

You’re asking questions that I don’t have any answers to. Like I said, I wasn’t privy to any of the intelligence provided to him when he made the decision to attack the airfield, so I’m not going to give a knee-jerk, armchair-General analysis of his actions like many of those on FR are doing.
