Asparagus is also a low carb veggie.

No need to replace it with broccoli except for a little variety.

Yep 3 calories per stalk.

Actually, it was the other way around; I replaced my usual steamed broccoli with grilled asparagus as a side along with baked potato alongside my steak.

Ah, the good old days.

Good news is, I’m down 8+ pounds in about 10-13 days.

MAN I WANT A PEPPERONI PIZZA! DID have the chicken sandwich (Marco Polo) at Red Robin last night. What a treat after the last 2 weeks.

Yes, bacon slices (2 I think), marinated chicken breast, cheese, tomato aoli, and bottomless steamed broccoli. Yum!


|For those making my asparagus recipe - you COULD add chopped pecans and/or sliced almonds to the pan initially).
