The grandfather of one of three suspects killed during the alleged March 27 home invasion in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, says the use of an AR-15 against the suspects was unfair.
According to Tulsa World, Wagoner County Sheriffs deputy Nick Mahoney said the three suspects were wearing all-black clothing, masks, and gloves and allegedly forced their way into the home through a glass door in the back. The homeowners son was asleep at the time and awoke to loud bangs as the suspects made entrance. The son grabbed the AR-15 and opened fire when the intruders walked into the hallway.
Deputy Mahoney said investigators found a knife on one of the deceased in the kitchen and brass knuckles on the other.
ABC 8 reports that Leroy Schumacher, grandfather of deceased 17-year-old suspect Jacob Redfearn, says what the boys did was stupid but they did not deserve to die. He added, Brass knuckles against an AR-15, come on, who was afraid for their life.
He said the use of the AR-15 meant his grandson didnt have a chance. He said, Theres got to be a limit to that law, I mean he shot all three of them; there was no need for that.

Grandpa would be happier if they’d been shot with a six-shooter.......
The only fair fight is the one I win. How's that for "fair".
I love stories with happy endings.
I think Granpa would prefer they be shot with a PHASED PLASMA RIFLE - 40 WATT RANGE.
Clean up is much easier. Just sweep up and air the place out.
Grandpa can not admit his failure, in not stepping into his grandson’s life and correcting, nurturing and teaching the proper way of life. So he has to blame someone else in his own failure.
Grandpa knew his grandson was a scumbag and did nothing to help him.
Come on!!!.....that's just a minor inconvenience if you know the whole story.....all 3 of the young lads were just starting to turn their lives around..in fact..they had made a vow that this would be their last strong arm robbery, in fact 2 of them were planing to become doctors and the other a lawyer.....Think of all the good they would have done if the grandson hadn't been so “unfair” to them......./s
The one in the middle is a “whigger.”
Well, if you're going to use a shotgun, and aren't primarily concerned with interior damage....
Less than lethal rounds can still be lethal. Consequently, I have a hard time imagining a situation in which an armed citizen would be justified in shooting but not justified in using real ammunition. That said, here's a source for less than lethal ammunition: https://www.armausa.com/purchase/arma-100-kit/
The white boys were nice looking. Too bad, so sad they’re dead. The third one, well I’m done with commenting on matters that might make me seem intolerant of our darker skinned citizens. (Or their light skinned mothers...what a plague that is!)
1. Shoot the one with plans to become a lawyer first. And twice.
2. After dealing with the others, give him an additional *certainty* headshot.
3. After the shooting is over, go in with the bayonet, just to make sure. No sense in taking any chances whatsoever.
An Irishman who’s a bit of an Anglophile. Pip pip and all that rot, fer f’sake!
Is there a “fair” way to invade a home and rob it?
Janey Mac, you’ve got a mouth on ya!

I’ve seen ERASERHEAD. A strange film which does not make any sense at all, so the critics and film buffs work overtime heaping praise on it.
You may be demanding two hours of your life back after seeing it.
And then again you might be like the film critic in AFTER THE FOX(1966), Courtroom scene.
“BRAVO! BRAVO! It’s a work of art, a classic. He’s a genius. what depth. what meaning. I cried, I laughed! THAT MAN IS A GENIUS!” (then the critic is thrown out of the courtroom)
Unfair? Sorry, but B&E is not a game, it is a crime. As war dictates, if you show up with a sword and the enemy has a tank, that is your fault.
These guys were armed with brass knuckles and knives.... this wasn’t just a ‘lets break into an unused place’. They came armed knowing they may need to hurt someone to commit their crime...
At least we can see who the dead criminal inherited his stupid from. I am surprised idiot Grandpa has lasted this long.
