This is the best advice. You will not change their feelings (I won't say minds, because they do not use those) and they will probably take some sort of weird satisfaction from your rant.

For the most part, I have found it best not to associate with the rabid liberal type. There are a few liberals who truly can "agree to disagree" and focus an association on other topics. Very very few.

It is sad, but this nation is more deeply divided than ever before. Obama has a legacy after all.
