I simply responded to some absolute generalizations you made and pointed out that your chart doesn't support it. The 22 long rifle, for example, has very little energy at combat ranges yet has similar percentages for incapacitation and lethality as other, more powerful, cartridges.
There are a ton of other variables but your first statement isn't supported by your chart.
