I’m surprised some ‘compassionate’ Leftist group hasn’t already bought it, kicked everyone out and filled it up with illegal invaders!

Oops! I guess I just gave them an idea...

Yep based on the rough estimate you noted, they’re asking way too much.

Why not sell the houses individually, as opposed to selling everything to one buyer, or seeking just 1 buyer? I don’t get why they think just one buyer can be found for an unexceptionable group of houses........

How many acres? Does it include river frontage?

...

Especially after the seller admits it’s aggravating.

No but it's "cute" and scenic. Too much maintenance. Too many social problems today to rent that many units. Really small town America; closest big city is Pittsburgh. A river nearby which may be good for fishing, a park and firing range.

The houses don't have enough windows which is a plus for maintenance but a minus for natural ventilation and seeing outside in two directions.

75 acres. The RR tracks run along the river so there’s not much value for riverfront lots.

About 15 or 20 miles SE of Pittsburgh.

Does it include minerals? Does it include toxic waste? The subdivisions across the river don’t look that bad. It doesn’t help that the railroad cuts the property off from the water.

But the possibilities are endless on what to do. You could easily have businesses come there to work, build some stores (that people outside the 60 would come), perhaps an amusement park, build a barn with horses and give riding lessons (again to people outside the 60. I think it is a decent deal. Yes the houses are probably 30 grand a piece but the land is priceless really.

A good business to put there would be one of those “Fat Camps” (Reduction).

correct … at most $30,000 each. I’d bet the owner would sell for $200,000.

That’s just about what I was thinking that either Soros or the Saudis would by it to fill with caliphate settlers/invaders.

I meant “buy it” not “by it” sometimes I type too fast and forget to check for errors. I guess that is why there is a preview button. :)
