President: James, I asked you here to give you the opportunity to explain yourself. I have evidence here that me and my staff have been unde surveillance by your people for God knows, how long.

Comey: It’s complicated.

President: Was I wiretapped or not. Yes or no.

Comey: Yes.

President:Why?

Comey: The AG had the idea that you were in some way aligned with Russian spies.

President: But these wiretaps have nothing to do with that.

Comey: I know.

President: James. I am going to give you the option of resigning from your position, or I’m going to fire you. It’s your choice.

Comey: Then you’ll have to fire me, Sir.

President: That’s fine. You’re fired. I don’t want you going back to your office. YOu can go home or anywhere else you’d like, but you’re done here.
