The name is “Heart of Glass”.
I remember being shocked by hearing Debbie rhyme the phrase
‘Heart of Glass’ with
‘Pain in the Ass’.
That was shocking for 1978! The music was so enjoyable that most people overlooked it.

Notice she didn’t feel pressured to get any silicone implants. She didn’t really need to do that, was still very attractive and feminine in her natural state.

I found an extended version made for discos of this song in an album bin for $1. It was in pristine condition and lasts almost half an hour. Good buy.

Thanks. I didn’t know there was a preceding version of Heart Of Glass. I think this shows the difference a slick production can make.

Hillary -

Once I had a loss and it hurts my @$$
Power turned out to be a thing of the past
News said I’m real thing, only to find much o’ mistrust
Bribe’s gone behind

I won as Senator and it was divine
Folks found out I was losing my mind
Acted like a tyrant and hoped they were blind
Much o’ mistrust

Gifts gone behind
In between what I find is pleasing and
I’m feeling fine Loss is so confusing,
there’s no peace of mind

If I fear I’m losing votes
It’s just no good, me lying like I do
Once I had a loss and it hurts my @$$
Perks turned out to be a thing of the past

Seemed like the real thing,
only to find much o’ mistrust
Wealth’s gone behind
Lost inside

Adorable illusion and I cannot hide
You’re the one I’m using you can’t push me aside
We coulda made it crushing yeah
Yeah, riding high on cash’s true greenish light

Once I had a loss and my lies won’t pass
Losing turned out to be a pain in the @$$
Faked like I’m real thing, only to find much o’ mistrust
Graft’s gone behind
