Yes, I am thinking of Downs Syndrome features.
To be truthful, I didn’t know if it was still correct to describe the condition as ‘Downs Syndrome’ or not.

Yes, Down Syndrome is still what it is called. And they definitely have visible facial differences that make them all look like they came from the same family. No matter their background. They always have a significant IQ deficit. But in some cases they are very healthy and productive, loving members of society. In others, they have terrible related conditions like with their hearts that can threaten their lives, and they may have any kind of intellectual capacity from profoundly affected to quite mildly.

People with autism don’t look any special way unless their autism is combined with another genetic syndrome.
