Actually glad a Maryland court opposed it. Now Trump is appealing it to the 4th Circuit - a more conservative court- thus bypassing the 9th Circus. So if the 4th rules in Trumps favor, it will be appealed to SCOTUS. If SCOTUS gets the case before the new justice is confirmed, and the court ties 4-4, the circuit court decision stands. A WIN for Trump.
