Since our children are not being taught the basics of true economics by their Teacher's Utopian ideals, I suggest we develop an "Economics for Mis-informed Dummies".
There once was a TV education program called, "School House Rock". It was simplistic in its presentation with animation and music. It presented the basics of our governmental system that anyone could understand. I suggest we develop and build such a program so it reaches from grammar school to high school. This is something that Fox News (O'Rielly or Tucker Carlson) could use as a educational segment. What say you?

You folks want to get to the root of the problem? Here it is. If you've ever watched Water's World or Jay-Walking, you understand how ill-informed our students and others of same age are. The debate between World building free enterprise and Socialist nation destroying has come to a head.

With all the wisdom and connections on this board, we can start promoting the benefits of free enterprise vs socialism. We can also use such a vehicle to promote integrity, self-accountability, work ethic, internal self-esteem, and other values that have made America the envy of the World. I would suggest we stay away from religion for now.

My children just love the “Rush Revere” books that Rush Limbaugh is putting out. They have challenged a teacher or two with the information they learned from his books. Better yet, the teachers have asked where they got their information and have been supportive of their ‘self-learning’.
